Service Description

On our Spring Check (between March 1st and April 30th), we will prepare your cooling system for the long, hot days of summer, when your home comfort systems work the hardest. Between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mon-Fri), trained professionals will check refrigerant charges, clear drain lines and pans; check for proper cooling, correct amperage, clean condenser coils, check all electrical connections and change unit filters (30-day standard filters: no cost; 1” pleated filters: $18; 2” pleated filters: $30; 4”-5” media filters: $60 per filter) and more. On our Fall Check (between October 1st and November 30th) we will test your system for a safe, efficient and worry-free heating season. Our professionals will check all safety controls, thermostat calibrations, air flow, gas leaks and will lubricate the motor and bearings. Our technicians will also check for cracks in the heat exchanger. Cracked heat exchangers can cause health and safety problems due to undetected carbon monoxide leakage. One time visit: $109/system Yearly contracts available ($189/system) including 10% discount on repairs and NO diagnostic fees.
