What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners, renters, landlords, both commercial and residential.

How does your service stand out?

We enjoy the theory behind how the Air Conditioning systems operate. Anyone can diagnose and change out a defective blower motor. We try to find out "the why" as to the reason a 7 year old motor is no longer working. It prevents, 2 summers from now, having to tell your customer he needs ANOTHER blower motor. Finding out the cause and a long term solution is what makes a good tech vs. a part changer.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

We enjoy finding solutions to a problem. We cherish listening to our customers' specific needs and finding out how to address them.
Every job is NOT the same.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Licensed. Insured. Experienced. Pay NOTHING until work is completed in a professional, safe and efficient manner and you are 100% satisfied. Reviews from previous customers are great insight into a company's business practices, technical skills and professionalism.

 

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cost effectiveness between repair vs. replacement. Sometimes, replacing is the better option BUT that's not always feasible to every customer. We try our best to give options to our customers and our expert advice, but the customer knows better than we do what his situation is.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?

No charge to dispatch a tech for our contract customers and have him troubleshoot the system. At that time, we'll give a flat rate price for repair, and fix the unit should the customer agree to our price. Our customers pay NOTHING unless we repair the unit and the customer is 100% satisfied. We also guarantee and warranty ALL of our work.

 

 

Describe a recent project you are fond of:

We installed 4 complete A/C systems along with retrofitting a walk -in freezer at a restaurant that was hoping to open in Houston before the Super Bowl game being played here in 2017.

We got it done....with a week to spare.

 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our lead technician is a Graduate of Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute in 1991 in the HVAC program. He did 4 year HVAC apprenticeship, was part of the Local 420 Union Shop and has worked as an HVAC Tech since 1992.

 

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Be on time for a scheduled call and listen to what the customer is saying. Many customers can give us info without even realizing it. Troubleshoot the system, and inform the customer as to what we found, what may have caused it, how to, not only repair the system, but also to prevent it from occurring again.

What brands do you recommend for new installations?

Honestly, the quality of the installation is much more important than the brand installed. Most manufacturers offer a 10-year extended warranty (on top of the 2-year labor warranty that we offer with ANY installation. We are Trane dealers, and of course we stand behind our partners. But Carrier, Bryant, Rheem and Goodman are also very good brands that we have installed successfully.

We are a family operated and family oriented business

Our lead technician, Patrick, is a Graduate of Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute has worked as an HVAC Tech since 1992. Our Lead Administrator, Gloria, worked as a scientist for 27 years, before leaving research to concentrate on raising our 8-year-old, Joshua, and directing the administration side of our company. Michael, our son, recently joined our Company as Operational Manager and HVAC technician.

We believe in customer satisfaction above all things, and we try to be as efficient and flexible as possible to have that happen. We are a company you can count on!
